Ok, this piece doesn't really count as something I machined, but I figured I'd put it here anyway. It is a stylized bird, made of 1/2" 6061 aluminum plate. I had all the pieces waterjet cut by the wonderful folks at Direct Waterjet. I sanded the pieces for a swirl finish, then drilled, tapped, and counterbored the various holes and put it together. It currently hangs on a wall next to my desk at work.
